密封墊和密封環(huán)雙重密封
閥蓋與閥體上的內(nèi)凹槽通過活塞缸的外固定位,確保閥盤、活塞、指示桿同心,使閥盤運(yùn)動(dòng)自如,從而提高主閥的靈敏度,即使在流量或壓力波動(dòng)不大的倩況下,活塞式水力控制閥亦能可靠地工作。為了達(dá)到閥體、閥蓋、活塞缸連接處無外漏,在活塞缸上面與閥蓋連接面和活塞缸下面與閥體連接處分別采用彈性墊片和NBR密封環(huán)密封。
導(dǎo)流孔使運(yùn)作更趨于平穩(wěn)
為了使閥盤上下產(chǎn)生壓差,活塞的面積必須大于閥盤的面積,這樣在大口徑的閥門中活塞面積很大,運(yùn)作平穩(wěn)性較差。我們?cè)诨钊椎牡撞吭O(shè)計(jì)了導(dǎo)流孔結(jié)構(gòu),適當(dāng)?shù)卦黾娱y盤運(yùn)動(dòng)的阻尼,使閥盤的運(yùn)動(dòng)更趨于平穩(wěn),從而提高閥門的可靠性,減少故障的發(fā)生。導(dǎo)流孔均勻分布在活塞缸的底平面上,并視閥門口徑的大小決定導(dǎo)流孔的數(shù)量和尺寸。
雙重導(dǎo)向 運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)
閥體頸部有一定寬度的加工面,與不銹鋼活塞缸的外圓配合,使得活塞缸在閥體內(nèi)平穩(wěn)固定,帶有兩道密封圈的活塞在經(jīng)過行磨的活塞缸內(nèi)璧作上下運(yùn)動(dòng),同時(shí)活塞缸下端設(shè)計(jì)成帶銅襯套的導(dǎo)向孔,形成雙重導(dǎo)向,即使口徑再大的閥門也能確保其運(yùn)動(dòng)自如、平穩(wěn),從而提高使用壽命和安全可靠性。
